การโหวตในงาน The Viral Hits Love Moment Awards 2026 (Pride Month Edition)
เอกสารฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ ข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข สิทธิ หน้าที่ และข้อจำกัดต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าร่วมโหวตในงาน The Viral Hits Love Moment Awards 2026 (Pride Month Edition) โดยผู้ใช้งาน ผู้ร่วมโหวต หรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ระบบโหวตทุกท่าน มีหน้าที่ต้องอ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้โดยครบถ้วนก่อนเข้าร่วมใช้งานระบบ
การลงทะเบียน การเข้าสู่ระบบ การกดโหวต การซื้อคะแนนโหวต การทำธุรกรรม หรือการดำเนินการใด ๆ ผ่านระบบโหวตของงานนี้ ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม ให้ถือว่าผู้ใช้งานได้อ่าน รับทราบ เข้าใจ และตกลงผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้โดยสมบูรณ์แล้ว

1. ผู้จัดงาน
การโหวตในงานนี้ดำเนินการโดย The Viral Hits และ/หรือหน่วยงาน บุคคล นิติบุคคล พันธมิตร ผู้ให้บริการระบบ หรือผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงินที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ ซึ่งต่อไปในเอกสารฉบับนี้จะเรียกรวมว่า “ผู้จัดงาน”
ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแต่งตั้ง เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือมอบหมายบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานใดเข้าดำเนินงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบโหวต การตรวจสอบธุรกรรม ความปลอดภัยของระบบ การยืนยันสิทธิ์ หรือการประมวลผลคะแนน โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นรายกรณี

2. เว็บไซต์และช่องทางการโหวต
การโหวตอย่างเป็นทางการจะดำเนินการผ่านเว็บไซต์
www.lovemomentawards.com
รวมถึงช่องทางอื่นใดที่ผู้จัดงานอาจประกาศเพิ่มเติมอย่างเป็นทางการภายหลัง โดยให้ถือว่าช่องทางที่ผู้จัดงานประกาศเท่านั้นเป็นช่องทางที่ถูกต้องและมีผลผูกพัน

3. ระยะเวลาการโหวต
กำหนดระยะเวลาการโหวตอย่างเป็นทางการดังนี้
เปิดโหวต: วันที่ 11 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 12.00 น. ตามเวลาประเทศไทย 
ปิดโหวต: วันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 23.59 น. ตามเวลาประเทศไทย 
ทั้งนี้ เพื่อความเหมาะสมของการดำเนินงาน ความตื่นเต้นของงาน และการลุ้นผลในวันประกาศรางวัล ผู้จัดงานจะดำเนินการ ปิดการแสดงผลคะแนนบนหน้าเว็บไซต์ก่อนวันปิดโหวตจริง โดยมีกำหนด ปิดการแสดงผลคะแนนในวันที่ 15 มิถุนายน 2569 ตามเวลาที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด
การปิดการแสดงผลคะแนนดังกล่าวเป็นเพียงการปิดการมองเห็นคะแนนบนหน้าเว็บไซต์เท่านั้น มิได้หมายความว่าการโหวตสิ้นสุดลง โดยผู้ใช้งานยังสามารถร่วมโหวตได้จนถึงวันและเวลาปิดโหวตอย่างเป็นทางการตามที่กำหนดข้างต้น เว้นแต่ผู้จัดงานจะประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นอย่างอื่น

4. การเข้าร่วมโหวตและการยอมรับเงื่อนไข
ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมโหวตทุกคนตกลงและยอมรับว่า การใช้งานระบบโหวต การลงทะเบียน การรับสิทธิ์โหวตฟรี การซื้อคะแนนโหวต หรือการดำเนินการใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้ อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ รวมถึงประกาศเพิ่มเติม แนวปฏิบัติ มาตรการรักษาความเป็นธรรม หรือกฎเฉพาะกิจที่ผู้จัดงานอาจประกาศเพิ่มเติมในภายหลัง
ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข ปรับปรุง เพิ่มเติม หรือลดทอนข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ได้ทุกเมื่อ ตามที่เห็นสมควร โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นรายบุคคล และให้ถือว่าข้อกำหนดฉบับที่เผยแพร่ล่าสุดเป็นฉบับที่ใช้บังคับ

5. สิทธิ์การโหวตฟรี
ผู้ใช้งานที่ลงทะเบียนและใช้งานระบบตามเงื่อนไขที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด จะได้รับสิทธิ์ โหวตฟรีวันละ 3 คะแนน ต่อ 1 บัญชีผู้ใช้
สิทธิ์โหวตฟรีดังกล่าว
เป็นสิทธิ์เฉพาะตัวของผู้ใช้งานแต่ละบัญชี 
ไม่สามารถโอน ขาย แลกเปลี่ยน หรือมอบให้ผู้อื่นได้ 
ไม่สามารถสะสมข้ามวันได้ เว้นแต่ผู้จัดงานจะประกาศเป็นอย่างอื่น 
ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสด เครดิต หรือผลประโยชน์อื่นใดได้ 
ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบและจำกัดสิทธิ์โหวตฟรีของบัญชีใด ๆ หากพบพฤติกรรมที่เข้าข่ายผิดปกติ หรือขัดต่อเงื่อนไขของงาน

6. คะแนนโหวตแบบชำระเงิน
ผู้ใช้งานสามารถซื้อคะแนนโหวตผ่านระบบชำระเงินที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด โดยอัตราเบื้องต้นคือ
1 บาท = 1 คะแนนโหวต
ทั้งนี้ ผู้จัดงานอาจกำหนดโปรโมชั่น กิจกรรมพิเศษ โบนัสคะแนน หรืออัตราคูณคะแนนเพิ่มเติมในบางช่วงเวลา โดยจะแจ้งผ่านช่องทางทางการของผู้จัดงานเท่านั้น
คะแนนโหวตแบบชำระเงินจะถือว่าสมบูรณ์ต่อเมื่อ
ผู้ใช้งานชำระเงินสำเร็จตามขั้นตอนของระบบ 
ระบบได้รับการยืนยันธุรกรรมครบถ้วน 
ธุรกรรมดังกล่าวไม่ถูกปฏิเสธ ระงับ ยกเลิก หรืออยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบความผิดปกติ 
ระบบได้บันทึกคะแนนเข้าสู่บัญชีผู้ใช้งานเรียบร้อยแล้ว 

7. การสิ้นสุดของการโหวตแต่ละครั้ง
เมื่อผู้ใช้งานดำเนินการกดโหวตสำเร็จ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการใช้สิทธิ์โหวตฟรีหรือการใช้คะแนนโหวตแบบชำระเงิน ให้ถือว่าการโหวตดังกล่าว สมบูรณ์และสิ้นสุดลงในทันที
การโหวตที่สำเร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิก ถอน เปลี่ยนแปลง โอนย้าย แก้ไข หรือขอคืนคะแนนได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
ในกรณีที่เป็นการโหวตผ่านคะแนนแบบชำระเงิน เมื่อระบบดำเนินการโหวตเรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้ถือว่าเป็นรายการที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์โดยเด็ดขาด และ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
ผู้ใช้งานกดโหวตผิดสาขา 
ผู้ใช้งานกดโหวตผิดรายชื่อ 
ผู้ใช้งานเปลี่ยนใจภายหลัง 
ผู้ใช้งานเข้าใจเงื่อนไขคลาดเคลื่อน 
ผู้ใช้งานไม่ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดก่อนทำรายการ 
ผู้ใช้งานประสงค์ยกเลิกภายหลังจากธุรกรรมสมบูรณ์แล้ว 
ผู้ใช้งานมีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบข้อมูล รายชื่อ สาขารางวัล จำนวนคะแนน และรายละเอียดทั้งหมดก่อนดำเนินการโหวตทุกครั้ง

8. การแสดงผลคะแนนบนเว็บไซต์
คะแนน ตัวเลข อันดับ เปอร์เซ็นต์ หรือข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่แสดงบนหน้าเว็บไซต์ ระหว่างช่วงเวลาโหวต เป็นเพียงข้อมูลชั่วคราว ณ ขณะนั้น เพื่อประกอบการรับทราบเบื้องต้นของผู้ใช้งานเท่านั้น
ข้อมูลดังกล่าว
อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตลอดเวลา 
อาจมีความล่าช้าในการอัปเดตจากระบบ 
อาจถูกปรับปรุง แก้ไข ตัดออก หรือระงับภายหลังจากการตรวจสอบ 
ไม่ถือเป็นผลคะแนนสุดท้ายอย่างเป็นทางการ 
ไม่อาจใช้อ้างอิงเพื่อโต้แย้งผลการตัดสินอย่างเป็นทางการของผู้จัดงานได้ 
ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปิด ซ่อน ระงับ หรือจำกัดการแสดงผลคะแนนบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดบนหน้าเว็บไซต์ได้ทุกเมื่อ ตามที่เห็นสมควร

9. มาตรการความเข้มงวดและความเป็นธรรมของระบบ
เพื่อรักษาความโปร่งใส ความน่าเชื่อถือ และความเป็นธรรมของการโหวต ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ใช้มาตรการตรวจสอบ คัดกรอง วิเคราะห์ และควบคุมความผิดปกติของระบบได้อย่างเต็มที่ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง
การตรวจสอบบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน 
การตรวจสอบที่อยู่ IP 
การตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ 
การตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมการใช้งาน 
การตรวจสอบรูปแบบการทำธุรกรรม 
การตรวจสอบความถี่ ความเร็ว และลักษณะการโหวต 
การใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคเพื่อป้องกันการทุจริต 
หากผู้จัดงานพบ หรือมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่าบัญชีใด คะแนนใด หรือธุรกรรมใด มีลักษณะผิดปกติ ไม่ชอบด้วยเงื่อนไข หรือเข้าข่ายพยายามเอาเปรียบระบบ ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ดำเนินการได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า เช่น
ระงับบัญชีชั่วคราวหรือถาวร 
ระงับสิทธิ์การโหวต 
ยกเลิกหรือตัดคะแนนที่เกี่ยวข้องออกจากระบบ 
ระงับหรือปฏิเสธธุรกรรมที่เข้าข่ายผิดปกติ 
ปฏิเสธการนับคะแนนบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด 
ตัดสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 
ดำเนินการตามกฎหมายในกรณีที่มีความเสียหายหรือมีเจตนาทุจริตอย่างชัดแจ้ง 

10. พฤติกรรมต้องห้าม
ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใช้งานกระทำการใด ๆ ดังต่อไปนี้โดยเด็ดขาด
ใช้บอท โปรแกรมอัตโนมัติ สคริปต์ แมโคร โปรแกรมช่วยกด หรือระบบจำลองการใช้งานใด ๆ 
สมัครหรือใช้หลายบัญชีเพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบโดยไม่เป็นธรรม 
ใช้ข้อมูลเท็จ ข้อมูลปลอม หรือข้อมูลของบุคคลอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต 
เจาะระบบ ดัดแปลงระบบ รบกวนการทำงานของเว็บไซต์ หรือกระทำการที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อระบบ 
ใช้วิธีการใด ๆ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงข้อจำกัดหรือเงื่อนไขของระบบ 
กระทำการที่เข้าข่ายทุจริต ฉ้อโกง หรือแสวงหาประโยชน์โดยมิชอบ 
ซื้อขาย แลกเปลี่ยน หรือโอนสิทธิ์บัญชีหรือคะแนนโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต 
กระทำการใด ๆ ที่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย ศีลธรรมอันดี ความสงบเรียบร้อย หรือภาพลักษณ์ของงาน 
หากตรวจพบการกระทำดังกล่าว ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ดำเนินมาตรการตามที่เห็นสมควรทันที โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้ใช้งาน

11. การคืนเงิน การยกเลิก และการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการ
เพื่อความชัดเจนและเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ผู้ใช้งานรับทราบและตกลงดังนี้
เมื่อการโหวตเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ 
คะแนนโหวตที่ใช้ไปแล้ว ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้ 
คะแนนโหวตทุกประเภท ไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่นได้ 
รายการชำระเงินที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น 
ผู้จัดงานไม่มีหน้าที่ชดเชย คืนเงิน หรือคืนคะแนนในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้งานทำรายการผิดพลาดด้วยตนเอง 
เว้นแต่ผู้จัดงานจะตรวจสอบและพิจารณาเป็นการภายในว่าเกิดจากข้อผิดพลาดของระบบโดยตรง และผู้จัดงานเห็นสมควรดำเนินการแก้ไข ทั้งนี้ให้เป็นดุลยพินิจของผู้จัดงานแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

12. การประกาศผลและผลการตัดสิน
ผลคะแนนที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบโดยผู้จัดงาน คณะกรรมการ และ/หรือหน่วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดงานเท่านั้น จึงจะถือเป็นผลอย่างเป็นทางการของงาน
การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการ และผู้จัดงาน ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด เด็ดขาด และผูกพันต่อผู้เข้าร่วมทุกฝ่าย โดยไม่อาจโต้แย้ง คัดค้าน เรียกร้อง หรือดำเนินการใด ๆ เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงผลการตัดสินดังกล่าวได้
ผู้ใช้งานตกลงยอมรับล่วงหน้าว่า
คะแนนที่ปรากฏระหว่างทางไม่ใช่ผลสุดท้าย 
ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้ 
ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ตัดคะแนนผิดปกติออกได้ 
ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ประกาศผลตามกระบวนการภายในที่เห็นสมควร 
คำตัดสินในทุกกรณีของผู้จัดงานและคณะกรรมการให้ถือเป็นที่สุด 

13. สิทธิ์ของผู้จัดงานในการตีความและบริหารจัดการ
ในกรณีที่เกิดข้อพิพาท ข้อสงสัย ความคลุมเครือ หรือเหตุการณ์ใดที่มิได้กำหนดไว้โดยชัดแจ้งในข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ตีความ วินิจฉัย และกำหนดแนวทางดำเนินการได้ตามที่เห็นสมควร โดยให้ถือว่าดุลยพินิจของผู้จัดงานเป็นที่สุด

ปรับระบบการโหวต 
เพิ่มมาตรการตรวจสอบ 
ระงับสิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้งานบางราย 
แก้ไขข้อมูลผู้เข้าชิง 
ระงับหรือยกเลิกบางส่วนของกิจกรรม
ได้ตามความจำเป็น เพื่อประโยชน์แห่งความเป็นธรรม ความปลอดภัยของระบบ และความเหมาะสมโดยรวมของงาน 

14. การจำกัดความรับผิด
ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ผู้จัดงานไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย การสูญเสีย ค่าใช้จ่าย หรือผลกระทบใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจาก
การใช้งานระบบโดยผิดวิธีของผู้ใช้งาน 
ความผิดพลาดของผู้ใช้งานเอง 
การกรอกข้อมูลผิด 
การโหวตผิดรายการ 
ปัญหาจากอินเทอร์เน็ต อุปกรณ์ หรือระบบภายนอก 
ความล่าช้าหรือข้อขัดข้องของผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน 
เหตุสุดวิสัยหรือเหตุอื่นใดที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของผู้จัดงาน 

15. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ให้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับและการตีความตามกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย หากเกิดข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้ดำเนินการภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลไทย

16. สรุปสาระสำคัญ
เพื่อความเข้าใจตรงกัน ผู้ร่วมโหวตควรรับทราบสาระสำคัญดังนี้

เปิดโหวตวันที่ 11 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 12.00 น. 
ปิดโหวตวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 23.59 น. 
ปิดการแสดงผลคะแนนบนหน้าเว็บไซต์วันที่ 15 มิถุนายน 2569 
โหวตฟรี วันละ 3 คะแนน ต่อ 1 บัญชี 
คะแนนโหวตแบบชำระเงิน 1 บาท = 1 คะแนน 
เมื่อโหวตสำเร็จแล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิก แก้ไข หรือขอคืนเงินได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ 
ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ตรวจสอบ ระงับ ตัดคะแนน หรือยกเลิกสิทธิ์ได้ หากพบความผิดปกติ 
การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการและผู้จัดงานถือเป็นที่สุด 
Official Terms and Conditions
Voting for The Viral Hits Love Moment Awards 2026 (Pride Month Edition)
This document sets forth the official rules, terms, conditions, rights, obligations, and limitations governing participation in the voting process for The Viral Hits Love Moment Awards 2026 (Pride Month Edition) (the “Event”).
All users, voters, participants, and any persons accessing or using the voting system are required to read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full prior to participating in any part of the voting process.
By registering, logging in, accessing the voting platform, casting votes, purchasing voting points, completing any transaction, or otherwise participating in the voting process, whether directly or indirectly, each user shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1. Organizer
The voting process for this Event is organized and administered by The Viral Hits and/or any affiliated entity, appointed service provider, technical operator, payment processor, contractor, representative, or authorized partner designated by The Viral Hits for the purposes of operating, managing, verifying, securing, and administering the voting system (collectively, the “Organizer”).
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to appoint, replace, or authorize any person or entity to perform any function relating to the voting system, transaction verification, score processing, fraud prevention, platform security, or other operational matters, without prior notice to any user.

2. Official Voting Platform
Official voting for the Event shall be conducted through the following website:
www.lovemomentawards.com
and through any other channel(s), platform(s), or system(s) that may be officially announced by the Organizer from time to time. Only channels expressly designated by the Organizer shall be deemed valid and binding for the purposes of voting.

3. Voting Period
The official voting period shall be as follows:
Voting Opens: 11 April 2026 at 12:00 PM (Thailand Time) 
Voting Closes: 20 June 2026 at 11:59 PM (Thailand Time) 
For the purpose of maintaining excitement, preserving the integrity of the competition, and enhancing anticipation for the Event, the Organizer shall close the public display of vote scores on the website prior to the official voting close date.
Accordingly, the display of vote scores on the website shall be closed on 15 June 2026, at the time determined by the Organizer.
For the avoidance of doubt, the closure of score display shall affect only the public visibility of scores on the website and shall not constitute the end of voting. Voting shall continue in full force and effect until the official closing date and time stated above, unless otherwise announced by the Organizer.

4. Acceptance of Terms
All participation in the voting process, including but not limited to registration, account access, receipt of free votes, purchase of voting points, casting of votes, and any related transaction or activity, shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional announcements, campaign rules, promotional conditions, operational guidelines, fraud prevention measures, or special notices issued by the Organizer from time to time.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, remove, or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior individual notice. The latest published version shall prevail and be binding upon all users.

5. Free Voting Rights
Eligible users who register and use the system in accordance with the Organizer’s requirements shall be entitled to 3 free votes per day per account.
Such free voting rights are subject to the following conditions:
They are personal to the registered account holder only. 
They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold, assigned, or granted to any third party. 
They may not be accumulated or carried forward to subsequent days unless otherwise announced by the Organizer. 
They may not be redeemed for cash, credit, refund, or any other benefit. 
The Organizer reserves the right to verify, limit, suspend, or revoke any free voting rights associated with any account that is found, or reasonably suspected, to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in abnormal, suspicious, or unfair activity.

6. Paid Voting Points
Users may purchase voting points through payment methods approved and designated by the Organizer. The standard voting rate shall be:
THB 1 = 1 vote
The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, introduce special promotions, bonus campaigns, multiplier campaigns, limited-time offers, or other incentive programs from time to time, as officially announced through its authorized channels.
Paid voting points shall be deemed valid only when:
the payment is successfully completed in accordance with the system process; 
the transaction has been fully confirmed by the relevant payment system; 
the transaction has not been rejected, reversed, suspended, canceled, disputed, or flagged for review; and 
the corresponding voting points have been properly credited into the user’s account within the system. 

7. Finality of Each Vote
Once a vote has been successfully cast, whether through free votes or paid voting points, such vote shall be deemed final, complete, irrevocable, and immediately effective.
Any successfully completed vote may not be canceled, withdrawn, reversed, amended, transferred, reallocated, or otherwise altered under any circumstances whatsoever.
In the case of votes cast using paid voting points, once the transaction and voting action have been completed through the system, such transaction shall be considered fully consummated and no refund shall be granted under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to the following:
the user voted in the wrong category; 
the user voted for the wrong nominee; 
the user changed their mind after voting; 
the user misunderstood the rules or mechanics; 
the user failed to review the details before completing the transaction; or 
the user later wishes to reverse or dispute a completed voting action. 
Each user is solely responsible for reviewing all relevant details, including category, nominee name, number of votes, and transaction information, before submitting any vote.

8. Display of Scores on the Website
Any score, ranking, percentage, number, or voting information displayed on the website during the voting period is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and reflects temporary system data at the relevant time.
Such displayed data:
may change at any time; 
may be subject to system delay or synchronization lag; 
may be adjusted, revised, removed, hidden, suspended, or corrected following verification; 
does not constitute the final official result; and 
may not be relied upon to challenge or dispute the final result as determined by the Organizer. 
The Organizer reserves the absolute right to hide, suspend, limit, remove, or close the display of any score data, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate by the Organizer.

9. Strict Enforcement and Fairness Measures
In order to preserve fairness, transparency, credibility, and the integrity of the voting system, the Organizer reserves the right to implement strict monitoring, review, verification, filtering, investigation, and enforcement measures at all times.
Such measures may include, without limitation:
account verification; 
IP address monitoring; 
device and browser analysis; 
transaction pattern monitoring; 
behavioral analysis; 
voting frequency review; 
technical fraud detection; and 
any other security or anti-abuse measure deemed necessary by the Organizer. 
If the Organizer determines, or reasonably suspects, that any account, vote, transaction, or activity is irregular, abnormal, unlawful, fraudulent, manipulative, deceptive, automated, unfair, or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall have the right, without prior notice, to take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to:
temporary or permanent suspension of the account; 
suspension or revocation of voting privileges; 
cancellation, deduction, or invalidation of any affected votes or scores; 
rejection, suspension, or cancellation of suspicious transactions; 
refusal to count some or all votes; 
disqualification from participation in the Event; and/or 
legal action, where applicable. 

10. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:
using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, automated systems, emulators, or any artificial means to cast votes; 
creating, operating, or controlling multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage; 
using false, misleading, fabricated, stolen, or unauthorized information; 
hacking, modifying, disrupting, attacking, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the voting platform or any related system; 
circumventing any restriction, rule, security control, or technical limitation imposed by the Organizer; 
engaging in fraud, manipulation, abuse, collusion, deception, or other unfair conduct; 
buying, selling, transferring, or commercially exploiting accounts, votes, or participation rights without authorization; or 
engaging in any conduct contrary to applicable law, public order, morality, or the reputation and image of the Event. 
Where any such conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the Organizer shall be entitled to take immediate action without prior notice and without liability of any kind to the affected user.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transaction Changes
For clarity and uniform enforcement, each user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
once a vote has been successfully completed, it cannot be canceled; 
votes already used cannot be returned or restored; 
voting points of any kind cannot be transferred to another person; 
any completed payment transaction is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever; and 
the Organizer shall have no obligation to compensate, reimburse, refund, or restore any votes or funds in the event of user error. 
Only in the event that the Organizer independently determines, in its sole discretion, that a direct system malfunction attributable solely to the Organizer has occurred, may the Organizer consider corrective action on a case-by-case basis. Any such decision shall remain entirely at the sole discretion of the Organizer and shall not create any precedent or entitlement.

12. Official Results and Final Decision
Only vote results that have been reviewed, verified, validated, and approved by the Organizer, the committee, and/or any duly appointed party of the Organizer shall constitute the official final results of the Event.
All decisions of the committee and the Organizer shall be final, conclusive, absolute, and binding in all respects. No objection, challenge, appeal, claim, or dispute shall be entertained in relation to any such decision.
By participating in the voting process, each user expressly agrees in advance that:
interim scores shown during the voting period are not the final result; 
the Organizer has the right to conduct retrospective review and verification; 
the Organizer has the right to remove irregular or invalid votes; 
the Organizer has the right to determine the final outcome in accordance with its internal verification process; and 
all decisions of the committee and the Organizer in all matters relating to the Event shall be final. 

13. Organizer’s Right of Interpretation and Administration
In the event of any dispute, ambiguity, inconsistency, uncertainty, unforeseen circumstance, or issue not expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall have the sole and absolute right to interpret, determine, decide, and administer the matter as it deems appropriate.
The Organizer further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
revise the details of the Event; 
adjust the voting system or mechanics; 
strengthen verification measures; 
suspend or revoke user rights; 
amend nominee information; 
suspend, cancel, or modify any part of the Event; and/or 
take any action necessary to preserve fairness, operational integrity, legal compliance, security, and the overall appropriateness of the Event. 
Any such determination by the Organizer shall be final and binding.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, liability, or consequence arising out of or in connection with:
any misuse of the system by the user; 
user error or negligence; 
incorrect data entry by the user; 
voting for an unintended category or nominee; 
internet, device, software, browser, or connectivity issues; 
payment delay, failure, or interruption caused by third-party payment providers; 
system congestion, maintenance, technical interruption, or service disruption; or 
any force majeure event or circumstance beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control. 

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the voting process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
